Expanding access to Collectibles

We want more of the community to own the Collectibles we release each month – something a lot of you have asked for too.

To open up Collectibles to more players, starting with next month’s release, the monthly sets we release in the Collectibles Shop will also be available to purchase with Silver in the in-game Shop. No crypto, no Habbo Avatars or other Premium Collectibles required.

Recent examples of these types of sets include:

• Gamer Fanatic set (January 2026)
• Slumber Hotel set (February 2026)
• Film Buff set (March 2026)
• Dungeon Master set (April 2026)

💎 Emeralds remain exclusive and unchanged

We’re excited to expand access to Collectibles, but Emeralds remain the ultimate way to unlock exclusive rewards.

For our dedicated Premium Collectibles holders — including Habbo Avatars and Crafted Avatars — nothing changes about the unique advantages Emeralds bring:

• Exclusive powers: Emeralds still unlock special features like Crafted Avatars, the Collecti-Matic, Habbo X Room upgrades, and more. Certain limited-edition or one-off items will continue to be available only via Emeralds.
• Better value: Premium Collectibles owners can still access these items without spending Silver, making Emeralds the smartest way to collect.
• Fair pricing: To reward Premium Collectibles ownership, we'll aim to price items slightly higher in Silver than their direct Emerald equivalent.

In short: Silver makes the Collectibles experience more accessible, while Emeralds continue to provide their premium benefits.

Why we’re making this change

By allowing these sets to be purchased with Silver, more Habbos will be able to take part in Regular Collectibles releases, claim the bonus item from the sets we release for our events, and get involved in the ecosystem without needing to start with Premium Collectibles or use cryptocurrency.

Will I be able to buy entire Collectible Sets with Silver after this change is made?

Yes! That said, we're keeping some flexibility – occasionally a monthly set might be mostly Silver with one Emerald exclusive, for example. Similar to how we've sometimes included Silver exclusives in sets before (like during Habboween 2025).

Which types of Collectible Sets will be available for Silver after this change is made?

Every month we release a Collectible Set in the Collectibles Shop that is tied to that month’s event. Examples of recent monthly Collectible Sets:

• Film Buff set (March 2026)

Which parts of the Collectibles ecosystem will remain Emerald-exclusive?

Will more future Collectibles be purchasable with Silver?

Right now, this change only applies to selected monthly Collectible sets. If that changes in future, we’ll communicate it in advance.

Will Premium Collectibles remain the only way to generate Emeralds?

Yes.

Are you planning more uses for Emeralds in future?

We know Emerald-exclusive utility is important to Premium Collectibles holders. While we don’t have anything new to announce today, maintaining meaningful uses for Emeralds will continue to be an important part of how we plan the Collectibles ecosystem.
